My Xbox one Controller doesnt even work :( ... how did you manage this to work?

i plugged it in with a usb cord i use for my phone. i can run draw my weapon and everything execpt use the D-pad so i cant do dialogue

i made the dpad buttons the arrow keys on the keyboard so ill see if that works

D-Pad works out of the Box for me, and you need to Power on the Controller before you start the Game...

DS4 windows works for me.. in settings switch to controller and switch camera look left and right.

I am using a normal 360 controller.
It has worked with every game with 0 issues that has controller support.
If XBone does this for more than one game, which it most likely will. I suggest swapping, I never had a single issue.

I'm using a PS4 cotnroller and my D-pad doesn't work in this game either, it works in other games though.

Same problem here, cant select the first dialogue, but everything else works.

I'm using an Elite controller with the wireless beacon (Microsoft brand one) and I had trouble when I first tried to play, I couldn't skip the opening screens on either the keyboard or the controller. I ended up restarting the game with the controller powered off, fiddled with options on the keyboard, then turned on the controller and switched to Controller 1 as my selected one and the game's worked fine since.

DUDE THANK YOU..Thx to you i had the opportunity to play this game after the release...but unfortunaly the game crashes after some big events at the end -_-...very depressing if you played 3h without saving
