Yes! Someone previously mentioned the partners, but that's not really a romance even if some have a romantic feel to them, they're more of just a minor game feature and not anything major.

However, there are two major routes/endings that feature a romance for the protagonist. There's kind of a third as well, but it's a very dark "romance" and not at all romantic or happy in any sense.

romance? in WS4? are you high? you literally get some chicks adress and then assualt her home with a handful of other guys she invited over that night, and then have to beat her into submission and proceed to force yourself on her. there is no romance in that game. there is literal rape. child rape even, if you fufill the right conditions.
