Lightning Spear and animations

Two part feedback, firstly, the lightning spear's lightning effect is WAY too bright, even in a well lit room its a flashbang, I think it's brightness should be toned closer to the Exor Monk's blast
also the animation for using alot of items should have their endlag reduced a bit, I have countless time swapped off of some tablets or a health syringe at the end of their animation thinking ive finished it, only to find out I have not and have to use it again
minor issues but i still hope they get fixed
