I think something may not have translated properly, there's no fragment of a "center of gravity" in Abiotic Factor.

I assume you mean the gravity dampening cube, that's just in Containment Block Dirac in the Labs sector, hard to miss, in one of the open cell doors.

EDIT: Looking into the other context clues, I think you could also mean a lodestone fragment, you'd need to go to Canaan for that if you're trying to make a tier 4 keypad cracker, the hint for that isn't in an appropriate spot at the moment, you will need to bring a 'snag vine seed' and 'night essence' to the Particle Lab in Labs and then activate the portal there.
