Idea for spears

I do know the level 8 throwing level should highlight thrown items for 30 sec, but it appears to not always work and can be a bit clunky.
So my idea is, like you can add a flashlight to a pistol, how about you can combine the spears with duct tape and a glow stick. You could tape it around the handle somewhere, and that could be used for earlier levels to find your spear, and later on it would still sometimes be helpful to find a thrown spear again.

In general, it would be cool with more items you can attach to weapons, like custom sights and stuff, but made from office supplies.

I think since items are highlighted someone can make a mod that extends the duration to 9999 seconds so it lasts forever?

Maybe, but modding gets annoying as you need everyone to install them, so it would be more cool to just get it directly into the game.

Nah, the highlighting of items is client sided.

Still, there is no reason that it cant be a feature rather than a mod.
