More connections for plugs in furniture

Its really helpful because for example in night time you dont need to switch plugs between battery or facility power

The amount of plugs doesn't matter due to the existance of power strips and plug boards giving you essentially infinite connections.

Also, you don't need to switch your connections between batteries and facility power, you can just keep the batteries connected to the facility power while the batteries are connected to whatever they're supposed to power all of the time.

You're supposed to craft a plug strip and then plug the strip into the battery, which then plugs into the device. That way you set it up once and never have to touch it again.

It's usually better to do it the other way around (battery between plug strip and device), otherwise the load on the battery will be very high and it will barely last.

Ah, that is probably true. My machines never pooped out mid night so I just never bothered to tinker with it

So until things change, the best setup for small batteries is this. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3158791495 One at the trunk/base of the circuit, then splits up to some amount of devices (5 is pushing it with a small battery at the base), then goes into their own battery, and then to their device.

This will keep the device batteries topped off enough to last the night. (assuming night time duration doesn't change)

As for spliters, there is a 3 plug Power Strip and a 6 plug version later on.
