Title. I think instead of a 50% chance for some of the resources to be doubled, by the time you get 10/12 in construction, it should just be a flat 100% in doubled resources.

In addition to that, it should apply to anything the player scraps at the repair and salvaging station, including the upcoming auto salvager.

Sure, the only thing you're getting from furniture is wood planks, plastic scrap, and scrap metal, but if you're that skilled, you deserve to reduce the time spent hammering apart chairs and work efficiently.
