Please give us a way to Remove permanent corpses
Moved my base to a really cool spot, in Hydro. but there are Two dead bodies, and a dead Exor that keeps respawning even after i cut them up. Im fine with doing it once, but every time i leave my base they respawn back where they were. its good for farming bio scrap and Exor hearts. but its ruining the aesthetics of my base. Amazing game otherwise.

I don't make my nest in the cafeteria anymore, but I feel for the people who have to build around the dead chef. Jager's not helping matters, either.

Asked this before, we need a body bag to bag up bodies. Then make Bleach remove blood details

Cafeteria was not a good time for me. Lots of spawning enemies and to progress back to blacksmith was difficult. I just moved to the sky room. So far its good.

I've tried setting up in this location too, to take advantage of the massive stove in the kitchen, but the constantly respawning corpses are very annoying. I agree that they shouldn't respawn. In the mean time I've just moved back into office sector, in that security office on the second floor.

My base is in the starting cafeteria. Would be nice to remove Jager, and especially the chef. More room to place things, and would like to give the corpses some sort of proper burial or something, instead of just leaving them there.

Yeah, it would be nice if there was an NPC that could just properly, and respectfully, take care of the fellow dead scientists in the place. You pay them whatever, mark/tag it, and next day it is gone; with bonus points of them showing up and doing stuff.

Given all the specialties of the place, there has to be someone there that can act as an effective mortician. You've seen the alien specimen takes in Lab Sector, right?

Or just prevent pre-placed corpses to respawn when inside of a workbench security radius, like with living enemies.

yes and no. there is some nice storytelling with the corpses, like the gatekeeper in labs with the big hallway fight... i just think it would suck if you're playing multiplayer and someone cleans an area before you get to experience the storytelling. maybe make it an optional feature, something you can turn on and off in the setting

At this stage I honestly think, and I don't mean this in a "toughen up" way 'cause that's cringe and dumb, if you're trying to experience the game completely blind and you're doing it PURELY WITH RANDOMS/STRANGERS and just... hoping that everyone will 100% behave in a way that ensures your experience is as good as it could be? You've made a huge mistake.

There is also an exploit to that. Not all, but some pre-placed corpses can be dismembered for items. Right now, I can farm infinite Exor hearts.

Given all the hearts I wind up getting from taking 'enthusiastic walks' through the facility, that isn't much of an exploit. But it is good to know that some scenery bodies can payout.
(damn, this makes the game sound horrific)
