Hydroplant snipers and full-body hide option
Seriously, I'm just trying to fly out to the reservoir and this one dingus insists on trying to put holes in me. It's not that it's difficult to deal with, just a bit irritating.
Also, full-body hide option in the transmog menu, please, if possible. I understand if there's some technical or gameplay reason it's not on the cards, but there's not much point to transmog if you can't hide the full-body suits, since you end up spending most of your time running around in one.

Just put a turret there. Sniper's hell is your heaven.

+1 on the hiding of full body suits option

You can deal with the sniper by placing a crafting bench in the room he's standing near. There's a power outlet right by the door and the Home sweet home range will stop him from spawning. Just be sure to have it plugged into an Industrial battery so it stays on all night.

If telsa coils aren't solving any problem, then you aren't using enough Tesla coils

The item description led me to believe that they have no IFF, so I outright forgot about them. I'll throw a few down in the problem areas.
Edit: Ouch.

This is how I deal with all the snippers. I drag some Eletronic scrap, a switch, batter, and a tesla out to their nest.

Run power to it. Setup the tesla so it will hit them but give me a clean path to walk up and install the battery -> switch -> tesla so I can turn it off without getting hit if I want to.

Then i just leave them in place. I go check on them once in a while to repair them if needed but it makes my world very sniper free.

If we are talking about cheesing out snipers, the easiest way that might still work is just to place a wall or something near where they spawn. You can typically place the wall in a way to block line of sight, and they will ineffectively attack it while in melee range.
(used to work that way in an older save)

If you want a less cheesy way of doing it, make your base in the Electrical room with the two NPCs. It would take some tweaking, but if I placed a crafting bench just inside and to the right (going in) of the double doors, it should block two of the most annoying snipers in the hydroplant.
