It has abilities of a standard radiation suit, can it also reduce detection radius for soldiers? Soldiers somehow instantly know you are not one of them, even while from distance you look no different from any other Rat.

It would be nice if there was a way to sneak by to a degree like that, especially if you are carrying the scanner and wearing the backpack.
