and what did you do with the mass of knifes you find?
Given the fact there's a throwing skill, I actually think running low on knives is probably one of the less surprising things that could happen.
and i did not find a mass of knives in early game. maybe like 3 knives in total. i think i recycled one or two because i thought they would respawn
So, with blunt objects you can wind up with a right click and WHACK someone real hard from stealth. Good attack upgrade right?
I did that for the first time while farming hearts for portal tech stuff, in that void world. My sword cane, which I was also using to butcher stuff, went over the edge. Only figured it out when I re-tested the skill at home. Sure glad those only require an annoying trip to the furniture store. *grumble*
I have avoided throwing my swords after the first time (just not worth it for when I am in the game) but given that the NPC is supposed to bleed out or the knife should be recoverable from the wall/corner it's stuck in, carefully placed shots shouldn't consume TOO many thrown weapons. There might also be a knife or two in Rise (wasn't looking) and future areas.
PS: You do know they can be repaired with metal scrap?
appreciate the advice! tyty
