Symphonist spawns/Fog weather and my take on improving it by reducing luck based elements.
The fog events tend to be few and far between (for example, it's been about 15 days since our first, and we haven't gotten one since), and the spawns in Flathill are far more dangerous to go to, they also tend to be more inconsistent, and generally aren't worth the time/effort (I've only found 3 symphonists in Flathill over roughly 14 in game days, none of whom have dropped keys). Going to Flathill only to search the whole area and find no symphonists just tends to be infuriating, it relies a lot on luck making it feel more like a slot machine in order to get the new armor set.
Some way to activate the fog weather event in order to spawn more Symphonists would be amazing, as it would allow players to take matters into their own hands, and more actively involve themselves in getting the new armor (while also enjoying it more), maybe it could even be a way to control the weather events as a whole if you need a specific item or need specific conditions.
That, or some sort of bait to use in Flathill to spawn a symphonist (or maybe even make a new potential spawn area for them) would be amazing.
Or hell, even some way to tell where they've spawned would work too, maybe like an enemy radar that could help you with finding specific enemies you've encountered if you want to try and get specific drops (I.E. guns, keys, armor, etc.).
Generally I just want symphonists to be more easy to come by (hopefully with a little less luck involved), they're a neat enemy, and are severely limited by their scarcity.

Yeah i'm having the same issue right now. Looked at guides on where all the Symphonist spawns are in flathill and i've just spent like 30 minutes combing those out twice now and i've gotten unlucky both times.
