Better Crafting

Let ppl just be able to use everything in workbench range so we dont have to take every single item with us to craft our base.

it's already an craftingbench upgrade.
-- takes what's needed from any nearby inventories.

And it is obtainable early on in the game. Just have to progress the story, grab an alien part, and do a little bit of Crafting leveling up.

what do you mean with "and do a little bit of Crafting leveling up." we killed already like 100 aliens and robots but still no upgrade. We unlocked the first "white" portal that leads you to find energy cells i think we miss something if its already ingame

ok go to the skills screen you will see at crafting level -2- upgrades for crafting bench unlocked. go to crafting bench in the upper right corner is a button for bench upgrades. top row second upgrade item transporter. costs 4 exo hearts and something else cant remember.

really wish the repair bench got this upgrade too.

One person needs Crafting Skill 2 to be able to do the upgrade, and you need two Exor hearts (and another part you know how to make). That upgrade should be obtainable after your first encounter with Anteverse II. (iirc found in Solo 2 and the Portal is already open)

Getting the skill up shouldn't be too hard. Heck, you can start with Crafting Skill being high enough. You are item locked until you kill and successfully butcher 2 Exors (the annoying teleporty and zappy aliens).

But I can totally see skipping that area via a short cut, not thinking to cut up the alien, or not realizing there is a Crafting Bench upgrade menu.
