Toggle Mute for Open mic

Add button to mute for open mic for those times you don't wanna bother with using push to talk but don't wanna transmit every sneeze and cough while using open mic. (Right now you cant mute when using push to talk)

It's a good suggestion for something like Discord, but not so much in-game and that's mainly due to the bandwidth requirements of VOIP on top of that of the game itself. Not to mention: many find it super-annoying having to listen to someone's open mic static/background noise while trying to play a game. Especially when we're talking about a story-driven game such as this one.

If this does wind up being implemented though: I'd like to request an option for server hosts to disable voice activation on their server so that it can be push-to-talk only and I'm sure there will also be those who would like an option to disable VIOP entirely on their server as well.

it already has open mic, i just wanted option to mute the mic when you need to for the open mic. Right now you cant mute at all with open mic.
