Feature request: spray paint

Spray paint would be a great addition to the game. Able to paint over anything on the map and possibly deployed objects. It would be great to to have more labeling and pointing options other than signs. It would also be cool to mark driving lanes or paint murals.

To remove paint maybe add a broom item that could scrub the area and doubles as a blunt melee weapon.

Crafting could possibly be paint+air compressor+can of soda+plastic scrap.
