Best food to level up pet?

What food gives the most xp to my pet when I feed him? Need him to be big and strong.

seems to be tied to hunger and thirst. you can feed your pets with raw food too. going with fried rice seems to be the way but it doesnt seem to be registering the same xp on different pets with the same level. so maybe different types of pets have differnt favorite food that grants them extra xp bost?
Anyways my go to stuff to feed them is the fried rice since it grants the largest hunger+thirst combo

Fr-eyed Rice gives the most XP from what I've tested, but Cosmato Salad Wrap is nearly as good while being far more convenient to make.
