Two locked doors next to the Residence Tram
There's two locked office rooms next to the locked Residence Tram on the second floor in the Office Sector. One is filled with water and the other has a whole in the ceiling (that I presume you drop in from). How do you get in here, I swear I've picked the office sector clean and can't find out how.

Slightly near there is a Hacker locked door to a stairwall, by the gym area. If you go UNDER the stairwell there's a vent which leads up a ladder to an over-ceiling area. PS you can also break the glass on the windows.
