Were stuck (spoilers ahead!) - need help guys

We got past the gunk at the top of the slope and met a woman singing.
we found pipe back to the complex, we managed to get the other side of the chasm too, but we cant figure out where to go from there.
Usually I dont like asking for a solution but its driving us insane.

There was also a level 5 security door, but we only have level 3 hacking (guessing the security door is after this part? )

Pda says Twisted sister, the area lays in shadows (yes we tried visiting that area at night)

Meeting her is the end; for now.

As shadows she's in a somewhat in-universe meta sense saying beyond those doors is nothing but an empty darkness of nothing, of not yet developed/implemented.

That matches the theory of my mate, but I am pretty sure the devs would make it clearer if that was the end of the available content?

Well they had a similar issue the containment block pit (players weren't bridging across it). The issue here though is that she's only going to be there for 2-3 months, so is it worth fixing? Most likely not till they move/replace her deeper into the facility.

Have they confirmed thats the end of the game until the next patch?
