LAN help

i run the dedicated server on my conputer, and i can find it in steam's game server, it's in LAN label. And i use the connect function on steam, it just start the game and do nothing. I also try to use +connect 127.0.0.1:7777 to start the game, it also do nothing.
But in game, i use join server and switch to LAN, i can find my server and i can join it.so how can i join the LAN server use steam command?

once i think maybe it's port 7777 has been used, and i change the port to 8211, but also no use. when i join the LAN server via steam, i could see steam console prints 'Game process added : AppID 427410 "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\AbioticFactor\AbioticFactor.exe +connect 127.0.0.1:8211 -dx11", ProcID 10776, IP 0.0.0.0:0' and the just start the game and do nothing.
