You gotta kill the Tarasque. Which is located around the area with all the turrets.

In case u might forget or havent explore enough. there one door well hidden in containment block unlike lab side it huge but herre if u still only have lv2 hacker then u would find it locked. it is security blue gate place. My friend played and forget about it and got stuck til I have to watch Youtube about it to guide him
once there just keep going and u would end up other side of place and dont get any closer to turret but talk to sciencist guy somewhere and now u gotto find a way around the turret to other side of that place

Killing the Tarasque is by no means easy, it is resistant to almost all forms of physical damage, including firearms. So your best bet is elemental weaponry, strike its tendrils on it´s chest to knock it down, then target the opening in it´s back shell.

Honestly, it is kind of easy. I planted 2 tesla devices just outside the half closed shutter door it can't pass through on the bottom floor, got it to chase me there, turned them on and let them do almost all the work, with the Electro Thrower for some extra damage. Pop a charging station there too to keep the electro thrower charged, and bring a hammer to occasionally repair the coils cuz occasionally it'll aoe smash them. Gonna need I think it was at least 1 plug strip (3 plugs - 1 for charging station and 2 for the tesla coils) and a couple batteries (batteries mostly to extend the cords enough to get the tesla coils close enough to the door to not also hit you).

If you have some spare tech scrap on you you can pin the wires to the ground and chain them off of that.
