[question] about the achievement we dont talk about that place

i am having trouble with this achievement and just want to make sure im doing things right since so far i have drank 1,250 coffees and nothing so far. i read on reddit that someone said it was a percent change that increases every time you sit on it, but i saw i post on here that its a flat 1% chance when you sit on the portal loo so ive just been very unlucky does it matter if its the first stage of needing the loo or the second i have been using it on the first? once they say they need the loo, just wondering if i should wait till it gets to the the next stage.

From what I've read you need to be in at least orange-level toilet need, but I haven't attempted to reach the dimension yet myself.

Yes, red or brown, not yellow.
If you want, you can try to gather this acheivement in my world with personal teleporter :)

Your 'toilet bar' needs to be at orange, red or empty before you sit down for the chance to trigger. If you sit down while it's green or yellow, nothing has the chance to happen. Don't confuse the yellow notfification with the orange one.
