Can these 2 doors be opened? (one is hidden by the bridge)

yes.
IIRC, go to lower one, it's open, then you can open up one from internal side.

yeah that's what I was thinking, although couldn't find a way to go to the bottom door.
Is jumping down the only way? With the gravity cube it's probably doable I guess

You can get there through the bottom of rad pits through the collapsed railcar tunnels. Bring gravity cube and mind the gap.
