I'm stuck at hydroplant in the part where I have to remove the radioactive interference, any tips?

I'll try to keep things kind of spoiler free here.

You'll need to hit up the Neutrino Detector building. The hint for that should have been getting the device that will nullify the radiation.

You can dive or fly to get there. Though diving will give you access to more stuff.

From there you'll find more parts, and another place to explore (which in turn has more stuff).

Thanks for the reply, because you mentioned the Neutrino Detector building I noticed that there was a problem in the translation and so I put it in English and I was able to see what was missing.

You supposed to power up the thing with another thing. There is power socket on the roof to power up that another thing.
