So i already killed nyth and put the core fragment in the center, does it do anything? I explored the area again and didnt find anything new, maybe i missed it..?

I powers the sockets in the area and I believe unlocks the larva trader in the same area.

Otherwise the area is just a big homage to Core Keeper.
