Stealth nerf of Exor Armor set?

After Exor spirit received fixes, I noticed, that it appears less frequently. Often you engage in combat, but it's nowhere to be found, until you spend some time in combat.

yeah. think it was stealth nerfed after their update to the Exor Gear changing how it spawns.. I have noticed it doesn't spawn as frequent. And if it does spawn the spirit is placed a floor above or below in buildings. So becomes useless in the middle of immediate fights.
