Where can I get Magnetic Alloy if I accidentally spent it

Before opening the door to the elevator to the surface, I spent all the Magnetic Alloy since I found the recipe for tier 4 keyhacker and now I can't move further along the plot. Am I stuck and have to start from the beginning? or is there another way to get them?

I've already broken everything that was on the way to the level 4 access door. Are they somewhere else? or maybe they are updated over time

I accidentally stumbled upon the answer, the merchant in the main hall is exchanging them for night essences.

[Crochwhisle purple]

some crates (blue long ones) have it, and you should be able to trade it for night essence. Soon you will find a portal world where enemies drop it

I had this exact same problem. Didn't know about Warren though and ended up waiting a bunch of cycles to respawn the crates in the night realm.

If I could have killed Warren when I found out I would have.
