later on you will get grenades that remove shields
Electrothrower was nerfed too, so I still shoot them with laser. Key is to land first hit from stealth, as they do not activate shield, until they spot you.
They maintain their distance most of the time(except witches), and I prefer to use energy weapons. Maybe in the future I will get null grenades to disable their shields.
Funny thing - hardlight shield deflects shots back at enemies. At least two Order soldiers commited not living by shooting at it.
Equipment spoiler: We actually can. Post shadow gates by getting the incent drropped by the witches, we can actually craft a tricket giving us another layer of protection like akin to the Gatekeepers shield (you need one of those broken thing you get from Runic crates too)
By the time I were making that post I didn't craft it yet. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be very durable.
Also still looking for helmet for reactor armor.
Edit: found helmet. Turns out you need head of spacemarine enemy for it.
