Can't Contain Leyak
I've put him his containment unit multiple times, he's topped off on Greyeb, but somehow it always just randomly gets out. Power's on, I can't seem to figure out the problem.

You don't have enough power after turning it off, create more batteries. Also, the batteries will not receive new energy during the day if you go far from the base (1-2 locations) and wait enough time.

use a carbon battery to power it to be totally safe. if he gets despite beeing full red bars from greyeb and nonstop power something is wrong with your game install.
I'll have to make a bigger battery and try that out. It doesn't seem to turn off when I go out and get back. It's fully powered which is weird.

what battery are you useing?
the makeshift battery doesn`t last the entire night, so bear that in mind
I just checked, I'm using an Industrial Battery.

is the units glass is blurred or perfectly clean??? it must be turned on. Press some buttons, glass will become blurry.

That's not how that works.

The opaque glass option is just to hide the monster from view, and is not a containment power button.

You need power, you need Greyeb, you need to zap the Leyak near it, and then toss in some Greyeb every now and then. That's pretty much it.

Dedicated an Industral battery to it should be more than enough to keep it contained during the night, since a Makeshift Battery almost covers the entire night... almost.

The only other issue I can see is that you aren't letting the battery charge, since while the area is unloaded, it won't charge... but it shouldn't be an issue, since it should take like 5 minutes to fully charge.

Any more info that you can give? Feels like we're missing something.

Hmm. Had the same problem. Power - yes, greyeb - yes, batterties - yes, yet Leyak randomly dissapeared from unit. Turning on glass helped in my case.
How many things are running from the outlet which is the source for the battery and in turn the containment? If you have too many things connected to the same outlet it could not be producing enough charge for them all at night time. I’d put a few tech scrap in my inventory and extend from a new outlet (I think press left click while holding normal power cord from outlet) to go directly to an industrial battery then directly to the containment unit.
I bumped it up to a Carbon one, but it seems like a bug. One night I had all my batteries charged, ready to go, then the power cut off and they all instantly lost all their charges and everything turned off.
Had this same issue as well. Leylak escaped immediately upon booting up my save for the update. I ended up rebuilding then containment unit and that seems to have fixed the issue.

It's not supposed to work that way, and its odd that it even affects containment.

Annoying, but good to know. I'll be prepared when I can sit down and play this game again.
