Question - Which is the best place to fish for the Moonfish?

I don't want to do it in Canaan (i'm guessing the near total night there counts for it)

Is there any good places other that waiting for night at darkwater to try and catch one?

just been fishing them out from the swimming pool.

I've gotten them from the fountain in the offices, near the tram area.

They come out at night or in dark areas.

There are a couple fishable spots in the mines that will yield Moon fish all the time.

The small manufacturing pools are moonfish heaven. Search up Dr. V's fishing guide for Abiotic Factor. Tells you all you need to know.

So the way it seems to work is that there's at least three "Anywhere fish" : The portal fish, leyak fish, and moonfish. Leyak fish is during days, and moonfish is nights. Moonfish also hang out in caves
