A bit strange area in Power Services

Both strange and valuable. From water, where you appear, if you enter from Hydroplant, there are two paths locked by alien growth, that require antithermite to remove. Behind both is creepy place resembling catacombs, that has 2 rune crates, 1 order crate and 1 GATE crate, with all this stuff being guarded by decent number of zombies. What is that supposed to be?

There's a dead scientist near one of the gates too. I'm pretty sure it's the NPC that was previously in Hydroplant that told us about the Neutrino Emitter.

Talking about NPCS I like how majority just disappear or move around like Frake, but Grayson (the dude that's bleeding near the forklift that opens Manufacturing) is still hanging out for some reason lol.
