Quill rifle needs a buff

it`s trash (compared to its predecessors). The pistol is hitscan, has good range and does solid damage really fast. The disc launcher does 10 more damage than the quill rifle, is gotten atleast 10-20 hours before the quill rifle, ammo costs basically nothing, projectiles move way faster, weighs 2 kilos less, and even the ammo weighs less. As things stand right now the quill rifle is not worth it.

most the range weapons suffer from the 'ammo is too expensive to bother using' problem but the quill rifle is unique in that its both annoying to farm ammo and the weapon is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

turning the quills in to throwing knifes is the better option
