but because i flatly refuse to get in the water with that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing in the hydroplant reservoir, even if i do have the rank 15 fishing perk

Anyway the big fella in there is relatively harmless. And if it does get a little frisky, some x-ray light will scare it away.

The only thing that's scary in those waters is the leyak.

I hate to admit this, but this game taught me that my talassophobia is way stronger than I imagined. I have no idea how I would have progressed through hydroplant without a coop player, that did all the underwater parts.

I can swim in water as long as I can see the ground, but I jumped into the hydro dam lake and found out, that I seem to have some issues lol
The only game I managed to do the underwater parts was Ark survival evolved for some reason.

Im pretty sure my fear came from playing Gothic 2 when I was a child :D

Btw I also fell down into the water of the gale reactor during a fire fight and landed right next to that thing. That was quite funny.

There's a soup (can't remember the name right now) that gives you better vision underwater. That might help you along with the swim goggles.
