Location of a certain NPC (Reactors) Douglas
Sorry to bother with such a question, but does anyone know where you can find Douglas in the reactors? Is he even in the Reactors? I've been looking around since Frake talked about him, and I've yet to find his elusive ass.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if more tenured scientists at the facility have been in fact, chipped for tracking purposes. This was supposed be part of orientation and that is why we don't have one or GPS mapping available lololololololol

Actually, with the employee trinket detector, maybe they are all chipped thus why we can see them.
