I heard if you log off and back on your stuff will be at Lost and Found in front of Security Guard Warren's post in the Level 1 Office Lobby.

your bag will respawn by Warren, the security officer outside the tutorial area when you restart the game

That's literally not how it's supposed to work. Besides, how are you going to get it anyway if it is at the bottom of a pit?

If the corpse bag is not next to Warren's Security Post after reloading the save (along with a moved Death Marker), then file a bug report.

Edit: I just tested it, and it does 'simply disappear'.
