Do the Water Coolers refill at some point? Also.... where you find Potatos?

So I got a nice medium farm goes and while it is quite the BOUNTY of Super Tomatos, Im starting to worry the Water Coolers are going to run out of water or I'm gonna be going on long Hikes just to fill a water bottle.

Also I found like TWO potatos in the whole OFFICE and both of them Rotted before I could planet them so now I can't make any VEGGIE SOUP. Is their anywhere you can find more of them?

Water coolers don't refill themselves, but you can pick them up and fill them with tainted water that you can boil on portable stoves with pots. 1 pot of tainted water is worth 1/4th of clean water.

You can find more potatoes in portal worlds, I believe the first one has a fridge where a potato can spawn.

For the office, I recommend just taking a cart full of water coolers, filling them at the pool, and just boiling them passively while you're doing other things at base, since water doesn't burn.

For manufacturing, there's a small pool of infinite dirty water in the hallway road by the forklift hangar.

Sinks will, over a long course of time, refill themselves. As mentioned you can purify tainted water by boiling them early on. Eventually, you will be able to craft water filters which can purify and store up to 10000 mL of water instantaneously, and work indefinitely. You can build several of them, as well.

Icecream is renewable in the first major portal world with all the fog, the name is escaping me at the moment. It's in the small icecream diner shop, there's 3 spawns there I believe.

Some watercoolers do simply respawn. The one in the Labs Sector in between the two scientists on the return hallway respawns at least.

Though it's best to just have several stoves near the offices fountain and have 5-6 pots going every time you go on an adventure. As others said, you can stash them in the emptied coolers.

If i do the math, each water cool can hold 4500 units of water, a water bottle holds 1000 units of water, and Purifying Tainted Water by Boiling it produces 250 units of water.

SOOOOO, every 1000 units of Tainted water is 250 of Clean Water, which means you need 4 water coolers of tainted water for every water cooler of Pure water, which gets you 4000 Clean Water. the extra 500 eh it can go to charity.
