Exchangers have two screens, an open receptacle, and an output drawer
The top screen shows what you're going to get. Below that is the output drawer
The side screen shows what you need to give. Below the side screen is the open receptacle (which is a black void)
You have to drop the needed item in the receptacle to get what you want, and the item you want should spawn in the output drawer
I did exactly that, but every time I drop a liquid it just falls through the machine to the floor
I don't remember what it takes, but the screen above that hole should show you
we're scientists! we keep experimenting and exploring even when things don't quite turn out right
