Translation of Dr. Quercy?

Anyone that speaks french here and can translate a bit more than the tiny but the journal says?

I don't recall her saying anything too important, just saying she's from Voussoir, the place got attacked, etc. I only remember a few of her lines:

« Ne tirez pas, je fais partie de l'équipe scientifique! » ("Don't shoot, I'm part of the science team!") when you first approach her.

Something about thinking this place would be safer « ...mais à te regarder, apparemment pas » (...but looking at you, evidently not).

And something along the lines of "you're not gonna jump into the portal, are you?"

If you want to know the specifics and can get a video of her lines I can translate, I don't have a save close to her appearing.

I hope someone puts that into the Wiki.

Using the Discord for keeping in touch with the community is great, but it shouldn't have too many exclusive things in it, or it won't get to everyone. But that's more for stuff directly from the devs, and not things like this.

Really hate discord being used as an information repository, especially when there's a dedicated wiki available to transfer the information to.

Came looking for a translation and all I found was this thread. I had a clip of the dialogue, I didn't get subtitles for her first line when I entered the room but it does sound like "ne tire pas," which R234 mentioned.

Here's a clip,[i.imgur.com] and a transcript:

First interaction: "Je suis passé par le portail depuis Voussoir. Les soldats n' étaient pas ceux qu'ils semblaient être. Ils tuaient tout le monde. Je me suis échappé de justesse.

Second: "Je pensais qu'on était en sécurité ici, mais à te regarder, apparemment pas."

Third: "Je peux pas revenir en arrière, qu'est-ce que je suis censé faire?"

Fourth: "Euh... tu vas pas passer par le portail là?"

Fifth: "Peut-être que le pourrais traverser l'eau à la nage?"

They repeat after that, not sure there's more than five lines. If any Frenchsters want to go ahead and confirm a proper English translation, I'll try and make a wiki page for her myself so future players can find a translation if they want it

I'd say it's something along those lines:

First: "I went through the portal from Voussoir. The soldiers weren't who they seemed to be. They were killing everyone. I just made it out."
("I barely made it out." works too for the last sentence)

Second: "I thought we were safe here, but looking at you, apparently not."

Third: "I can't go back. What am I supposed to do?"

Fourth: "Uh... You're not going through the portal, are you?"

Fifth: "Maybe I can get across the water by swimming?"
