Is there a way to farm organ?

Wiki said mist girl have 10% organ drop rate and 15% will drop the key. But she just spawn randomly or don't even spawn. Is there a way to farm her like the Reaper?

If you mean the small mist things, they do respawn - slowly. After completing the portal world with the large mist things, go back later and you'll find up to 3 of the small mist things.
It feels like they spawn once every 4-5 days, slightly slower than the portal world resets, but I could be wrong.

Removing the 3 power cells probably helps, but I haven't tested it.

to farm organs, go fishing in the fountain in flathill, you will find a fish that drops a "partial organ" 5 of those at a crafting bench makes 1 organ.

- Flatthill has them
- Food for fog event which also has them.

Mist girl!!! I also recommend fishing the water fountain outside the final building in Flathill.
