However, the perks you get to choose at character creation after choosing your job are pretty unique and can't be changed or gained in any way afterward. Because of that, summer intern, sporting the most perk points, is considered the best job to start with.
The most useful perk to pick up is probably Wrinkly Brainmeat for a permanent, universal +20% xp and I personally couldn't live without the Fanny Pack either.
However if you like the game you are likely replaying anyway. So enjoy he ride.
Aaaah I get you.
That's good to know. Info I had read before didn't do a great job of explaining things.
So perks are kinda like your starting traits in Project Zomboid. Useful passives.
You're not locked out of skills at all. Nice.
Thanks man.
Yeah 2 extra slots on the hotbar is huge, its 2 extra inv slots basically. Its why its the most expensive perk due to how massive it is. I currently play as Summer Intern and I choose NO perks or demerits for my first time thru the game. Next playthru thou summer intern and going to choose Fanny pack.
