Eh, I don't know. Depends on what you are looking for. Some people think the Leyak removal mod is the best thing since sliced bread while I can easily live without it.

Last time I checked there wasn't anything very elaborate, given how there is no official mod support (yet, but is coming!) and all the mods were only on the Nexus Mods site. You can easily check out the site and look at all (currently) 35 mods there, many of them are basic hacks or audio/visual changes given the limited access modders have to the game right now.
