Yes, very much so.

It is a different experience, not unlike Prey (2017) or other single player immersive sims. Playing singleplayer in default/normal difficulty with no Sandbox setting changes should even be fine for players new to this kind of game.

I want to point out that this is Early Access, so there are some rough patches, but in general it is very much doable. There are dozens of threads like this that get a similar answer of "yes, solo play is fun".

Absolutely - on 130hr pure solo. First two main areas can be a bit of a drag if you're not 100% sure what to do, but the game hooked me very fast, my favourite areas were after the first two
