Can't move my Platform Cart.
Dunno if this is a bug or what but I placed the first cart I crafted and cannot move it, unloaded or loaded down with stuff, it doesn't matter. Anyone have any advice?

Did you try repacking it and setting it down again? Make sure you're standing by the handle bars and pressing E or F on it. Also try going to the security booth in the main plaza and pressing the button to recall carts and see if that lets you move it.

seems to be broken with controllers as of a recent update
