Bio-Mimic/Metric Armwraps broken?

As the title says, even with the wraps equipped, I can't actually *fire* any of the guns that require them. They're fully loaded, so I don't see why they wouldn't work; every time I try to fire, I just get a pop-up saying "Something is preventing the weapon from firing". The red text that appears in the tooltip if you don't have the wraps equipped is also showing, again despite having the wraps equipped.

The strangest thing is that this didn't *used* to be the case; just about until I reached the Security Sector, I was able to use guns just fine with the metric wraps. Now, the issue persists even after closing and re-opening the game, and through computer restarts. What gives? Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have any ideas on how I might fix it?

Is the durability of your armwraps 0?

Nope, they're completely full on durability, fresh off the workbench.

Other than having to wear it on the arm slot, I can't think of any other issue other than a fluke bug.

Do they need accuracy skill to match the level they are unlocked?

Yes, but my accuracy is maxed out, so that's not the issue.

Check integrity of files and if that doesn't work, reinstall the whole game. If that doesn't work send a detailed bug report to the devs.

Just dawned on me, are you using any mods?

1) This is something that can happen randomly, to which a save, exit game, and reload save often fixes.

2) You are using WeMod and have the cheat "No Debuffs" activated.
