underwater blur - googles/suit dont work?
title
I have both the diving suit and swim goggles, yet I have a horrendous blur underwater. Is it just me or is it just bugged?

Made some goggles and jumped into the swimming pool, and it worked fine for me. The wavy distortion wasn't there. There was a bit of a lensing effect, but otherwise it wasn't any blur.

I haven't tested the Hydro Plant yet, but maybe that place just has dirty water.

Edit: Just took a swim in the water just before the hydro plant, and it does seem a bit hazy from the color, but I wouldn't call it horrendously blurry.

Edit 2: Yeah, a flashlight helps.

Even with the correct gear, water part is still extremely dark (but not particularly blurry, more like a weird fish eye effect), if it can reassure you.

well i dont see any difference in swimming naked or with gear so its propably bugged at my side i guess
Did anyone else have this issue? Been happening to me. Have the full diving suit and diving goggles, and the HUD for diving suit disappears the moment I touch the water and it's just as blurry as if I had nothing on.

I use the NVGs underwater. It's a lot easier to see.

I think it's more of a bug because I saw a youtube video of someone using the diving suit and it basically looks like they're above water nearly, mine is borderline impossible to see. I did manage to get past that area just watching someone else do it though, and am past that section. Exploring Dark Reactor area now o7

I also find the diving suit/goggles hardly help at all, especially in the Hydroplant underwater section. It's ever-so-slightly sharper, but still insanely dark even with either of the NVGs. The Reactors underwater area is much easier to see in though.
Ok after a game reset (turning game on and off), and then trying again, it seems to have been fixed (Can see clearly underwater, no blur filter, even without flashlight it's clear). I had also noticed my anti-gravitational cube wasn't properly working so maybe it had bugged out after playing for so long. That or they patched the game (although I didn't see any updates on my game.)
