I Hope this Game Adds Expansions after the Roadmap

I love the gameplay loop, I'd gladly pay for a proper expansion after 1.0 that allows players to investigate another GATE facility. There are so many possibilities.

That's relatively way off into the future.

Sure I'd be looking forward to it, but I'm (more or less) quietly hoping that they keep up the good pace and release the game in a good state.

That said, I don't think they are lacking in ideas.

I'd prefer mod support (including additional map parts) and a workshop. It would give the game a much, much longer life.

if you think about it, the presence of portals allow the devs and modders to add all sorts of things while keeping them nice and compartmentalized, lore-wise it's just another anteverse.
