Can the Leyak spawn in portal worlds/anteverses?

I've heard reports that it can, but also that it's not supposed to. Patch v0.8.2.10468 states
Fixed a bug where IS-0091 could targeting scientists in unintentional (and far-flung) locations.
so it's likely to have been fixed, unless the fix didn't solve the issue completely.

I haven't seen it in portal worlds since that patch, but I had definitely seen it in Anteverse II before under buggy circumstances (waited more than its usual respawn time, then died, and only then did it appear when I respawned there)
