White clouds

[Furious Canadian, Vulpine Gaming]

So i just put down some lights and Im now seeing a bunch of white cloud particles spawning around my little safe area mostly in corners and i dont know what going on with it
(Its not radiation static its something with the actual enviroment itself, it was happening on my shield to when i walked over)

I'm struggling to picture where exactly this is but based on what I've experienced it sounds like a graphical issue where the room isn't being loaded properly? Try adjusting your graphic settings to see if the issue persists. If that doesn't work I'll see if I can head to the area in my saves and see if I also see it.

It is infact just some graphic ♥♥♥♥ specifically some kind of effect i realized its everywhere
