How do I get into the holding near the Tarasque?

There is a holding with a vent to get in on an angled vent above it. The thing is you cant place anything close enough to the front of the door to climb up and trying to use the jump pad just has you slide off the wall. How are you supposed to get in there?

The holding rooms are for the advanced security bots. not sure if they did this before the last update but they can now grab you, pick you up and walk from where ever you are to throw you into the holding room. doors are permanently locked and you escape thru vents. there's is a holding cell in most sectors after manufacturing.
