How do I get the order & security chests open?

I am a good way into the labs at this point and have still not found a way to get these things open. There is also that one organic chest in the lv 2 locked area in the offices I have not been able to open ether.

The Order Caption (one with the red beret) has a small chance of dropping a key for the Ornate chest.

The 'organic' chest is opened via another rare key from those monsters found in the mist.

So far I haven't heard of any way to open the Gates Security chests yet.

I have not even gotten a captain to drop a revolver yet let alone a key but funny enough I have like 3 repair kits.

if got 1 key and that one dropped from the captain on the train opend the chest and there where an assortment of ammo a charm that almost guarantees ammo drops from them and 3 repair kits also 308 ammo but there is no weapon that accepts that ammo......

Opening the security chests hasnt been implemented yet in this current version of the game,
It will have something to do with warren and his dwindling stash of food in the security booth near the trams.

Is there a guide with crate locations somewhere? It is easy to forget where some of them are sometimes. Also annoying that keys are single use considering how rare they are. I know theres an order crate in the crossroads and mapping sectors. A security crate near the security door in the lobby and I think there was one more in the labs on the 3rd floor. Theres an organic chest in the lv 2 offices near the data center. I think I am missing an order crate in manufacturing and I think one in the labs I forget if its on the 1st floor near the particle labs or the second floor in adjustment (I think adjustment) I also think I am missing a security crate in the same areas and possibly one in manufacturing. I have not gotten farther than adjustment so I would not know if theres any further on.
