New player: Where can I find a power supply unit

As the subject says. I've been everywhere I can go, except maybe on the tops of the stack boxes if that means anything. That said, this dosen't look like a game that emphasizes going to high places at first glance.

The only places I cannot go past are the red sprinkled tic-tac-toe board shaped grill, but I assume there is no way to get past there (or the locked doors) at this juncture. Is there anything I'm missing?

If you're referring to a power cell, you'll need to unlock the silo on level 3 of Offices.

If you're referring to an energy brick, you need to make a crafting bench and craft one there.

If you're referring to a PSU, you can find those from destroying computers.

Break computer towers in the offices for computer parts... Those specifically will drop 1 PSU each and several other electronic components.

How do I break computers? I don't see an option when I hold F near them

Bash them with any melee weapon, a table leg is the first best option.
